Default All users should be able to eject media

All users should be able to eject media that someone else mounted. This
creates a problem for multiple users who use a CD. No this does happen,
and It's not a invalid setting. If user 1 wants to play a CD, he should
be able to take out a CD user 2 left in.

Not ALL users, just those who can mount the cd. And have you tried
pressing the eject button on the drive? That should work.
