Who had installed the 32bit lib on redhat6.2 64bitsuccessfully?
 

I have installed several of them. Which one are you referring to?

Something like this:
yum list |grep setools
setools.x86_64 3.3.7-4.el6
rhel-x86_64-server-optional-6
setools-console.x86_64 3.3.7-4.el6 rhel-x86_64-server-6

setools-devel.i686 3.3.7-4.el6
rhel-x86_64-server-optional-6
setools-devel.x86_64 3.3.7-4.el6
rhel-x86_64-server-optional-6

To install 32bit:

yum install setools-devel.i686
