Default segmentation

should yum remove the pack or disabled in the config file of apache.

Default segmentation

The easy way, disable eaccelerator on php configuration (php.ini,
php.d/eaccelerator.ini or similar one).

If finally the problem isn't eAccelerator you should debug your php
scripts causing segfaults.

Default segmentation

After analysing the core dump, we came up to disable eaccelerator and
zend.enable_gc=Off in php.ini
