Default extra's repo

Is there a way I can run RedHat but also have access to 'extra' packages
like digikam, kmymoney, etc?
CentOS has these in it's 'Extras' repo but last time I ran RedHat I
found no way to install packages like these.

Thanks in advance

Default extra's repo

You can add whatever repos you want, but you might get into unsupported issues.

Default extra's repo

So, how would I add the rpmfusion repos?
