Default SCSI driver problem

Hi All,

We have a SUN server on which we installed rhel3 update 5, the scsi driver installed on the machine is mptlinux-2.06.18-1.

We faced a problem which led the system to hang and freeze. After rebooting the system we found the below in /var/log/messages:

Did anyone faced this problem before or can anyone explain and advice what was going on.
