running RHEL AS 4 32Bit

[root@intra downloads]# rpm -Uvh afio-2.4.7-1.i386.rpm
error: Failed dependencies:
libc.so.6(GLIBC_2.4) is needed by afio-2.4.7-1.i386
rtld(GNU_HASH) is needed by afio-2.4.7-1.i386

How to solve this?

You need to install the dependencies. If you can install YUM and have
access to RedHat it will install all dependencies when you request the
package..
