I have to have a system for some debugging, and we need everything at the same rev as production, which is on 5.3 and has only updated critical security items lately.
How do I use the yum/rpm process to install packages to specific revs, and not the current.
For example, the latest udev might be
udev-095-14.21.el5
, and I need
udev-095-14.19.el5
You can use "yum downgrade udev-095-14.19.el5". See the yum manpage
for details.
