Default Yan: Upgrade OS to actual Base-Setup-Release

if you have a subscription you can use "yum" to update your system such as typing "yum update" as the root user

I need to upgrade one server from*Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS release 4 (Nahant Update 5) to current release.I cant find any short how to on this topic...
