Default Two fixes I accidentally pushed yesterday without review

These are two fairly small patches that I forgot I had on my branch
before doing pushing.

One is a little change to the partition gui to properly identify
fstype for encrypted LVs.

The other is a change to the udev rules to look for programs we run
in /sbin and then in /usr/sbin so that the same rules can be used
on a normal system (eg: livecd) and in the installer environment.

Both look good to me.
