I wonder why the automatic "bugsquad" answer was added, anyhow? I wonder now, if someone has read this bugreport carefully or just did some random sweep over launchpad bugs? I think someone should ask Chris Coulson about this... You'd be as surprised as I to find that the person filing these bugs has an intel.com address. I'll sort it out, thanks for escalating this. It looks to me, assuming good faith and all, that it might just be someone testing a tool (or the API?). Perhaps the user just needs to be pointed to the staging server. Please do escalate any issues similar to this when they happen -- the Answer tracker for Launchpad or this list are appropriate. Thanks, Maybe also remind him (or others) that they can use staging.launchpad.net for testing tools, because the data there is regularly reset and won't disturb people doing real work. I can assure you that I read all bug reports carefully and don't just sweep over them. When I looked at the first one, I gave the reporter the opportunity to respond by setting the status to incomplete, on the slim off-chance that they might actually be trying to report a problem (this was before I knew the real origin of the report). I explained this in the initial e-mail I sent to this list. You can see that when I came across the second one, I closed it straight away. I never just add a generic response to a report without reading it first and understanding the problem. I just had to make that clear!
