Default Launchpad development meetings now held in #launchpad-meeting

Hi everyone

Starting at 1400 UTC this Thursday, Launchpad development meetings will
take place in #launchpad-meeting on Freenode, instead of in #launchpad.
Non-developers will still be welcome to attend the meetings.

Previously, Launchpad developers held weekly meetings in #launchpad,
including the development meeting on Thursdays, as well as meetings of
smaller teams. This was awkward for people trying to ask questions
about Launchpad during the meeting. It also occasionally alarmed people
who didn't realize the channel was going to be used for a meeting.

The next Launchpad development meeting will be at 1400 UTC this
Thursday. <http://urlx.org/timeanddate.com/2e50d>

Cheers
