Launchpad is used for bug reporting and tracking by Xubuntu, but not
comments, blogging, voting, etc. We do use the mailing list to query
users. At present, we have two queries, one is an ammendment/revisement
of the Xubuntu Strategy Document, which guides Xubuntu government. The
other is the panels in use by Xubuntu for Oneiric Ocelot.
