Patches 1, 2, 4 modify the XklWrapper in three ways:
1) to store proper names for layouts
2) to store layouts in a slightly better way
3) to be a singleton

Patches 3 and 5 introduce the behaviour where the addedLayoutsStore gets
populated with values from self.data.keyboard.layouts_list (modified kickstart
keyboard command) that are provided either from a kickstart or from the Welcome
spoke or by the previous changes in the Keyboard spoke.

All the anaconda stuff looks fine. I've got a couple quick comments on
the pykickstart side, which I'll make elsewhere.
