dear sir,
i tried command CTRL ALT F2 .but i cant login in my pc.so please help me.on display only my username coming .when i am enter my password.the display for one second is entering in my pc .and then after comingout of previous page .and asking password.

no problem, you are welcome.

Press CTRL ALT F2 to get a command window. Log in with your username and the

password. After that type

ls -ld /tmp

and check the output. It should be

drwxrwxrwt 16 root root 440 Feb 28 06:50 /tmp/
