Default Disk Partitioning tools, GUI preferably- best for LVM Logical Volume Management ; jorKUbuntu

I have used kvpm a couple of days ago for a new Ubuntu install on LVM,
and I was quite happy with it.
Just search for "lvm" in Synaptic if you want to find other partitioning
tools that support LVM.
