Userconfig vs. KUser
 

There's some discussion on Kubuntu Forums about Userconfig vs. KUser:

Userconfig vs. KUser
 

Userconfig's UI was found to be easier to use/navigate. Userconfig was
also used even back in the KDE3 days.
