Default Packaging branch for "step"

Hey

step's debian/control has Vcs-Bzr:
https://code.launchpad.net/~kubuntu-packagers/step/ubuntu
but that doesn't seem to exist.

I was looking at switching it back to Architecture: any, as it prevents
installation of kdeedu on armel:
http://people.canonical.com/~ubuntu-archive/testing/precise_probs.html

The last changelog entry says:
step (4:4.7.3-0ubuntu1) precise; urgency=low

[...]
* Merge with Debian Git, remaining change
- step is arch dependent not arch any, no arm build

but it has built on armel in Debian experimental.

Thanks!
