Fine except for the changelog. Not uploaded packages are UNRELEASED, and don't put ~ppa1 versions into bzr. This is the correct one:
pykde4 (4:4.6.90-0ubuntu1) UNRELEASED; urgency=low

I'll fix that this time.

There's usually no point in keeping UNRELEASED changelogs, unless it's a major version bump or so (like for kdepim), but usually it's better to just merge the changelogs.
