Sorry for disturbing in the dev list but I guessed the question belongs here. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Where should I report distribution specific bugs on KDE PIM 4.6 from PPA?

E.g. https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=276141 which got a WORKSFORME at b.k.o

apport-bug says it's not a real package and https://launchpad.net/~kubuntu-ppa/+archive/experimental
point to https://launchpad.net/~kubuntu-ppa where I can't really find a way to report a bug.
