I guess it is not patched since Jonathan just patched the Kexi in
Koffice2.2.2 source tree 7 hours ago.

Do you know who are responsible for building Koffice2.2.2 in other
ubuntus e.g. 9.10 and 10.04

I am particularly interested in getting Kexi2.2.2 working in Lucid (10.04).

I am trying to use maverick Kexi2.2.2-0ubuntu3 in lucid 10.04. It will
break everything.
