Default little list of proposals by kubuntu italian user

ksplash == ksplashx in KDE 4.

The part from GRUB to KDM is Plymouth (was usplash in Karmic). We did
run ksplashx briefly after X started and before KDM was displayed in Karmic but
it didn't do much and isn't relevant for lucid.
