Default kdeedu package fixes for Lucid

I just uploaded the fixes for the list-missing stuff that Scott provided
me. When the ability to actually build this package comes around, who ever
plans on uploading please double check list-missing to make sure I didn't
miss anything. It will not build right now due to the phonon stuff, or at
least I couldn't get it to build. kblinken was bombing out with Phonon
errors. Here is the changelog for the commit:
