Default Upstream says: STOP breaking okular

<pinotree> Riddell, apachelogger: it would be nice to know when you'll stop
screwing up my application
...
<pinotree> apachelogger: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=172894 and
associated launchpad bug
....
<pinotree> apachelogger: hence my question: can i ask you kubuntu guys to STOP
breaking okular in any fancy way you can think about, pretty please?

Thoughts?

kubuntu-default-settings/kde4-profile/default/share/config/kwinrulesrc

[15]
Description=Okular initial default size
size=750,560
sizerule=3
types=1
wmclass=okular
wmclasscomplete=false
wmclassmatch=1

Removing this fixes the issue. If we don't want to remove it, at least
fix it so it grabs the correct window size.

There is no correct window size in this case, kwin is bugged and
doesn't want to apply the rule properly (or it treats a fullscreen
window as new window which ought to get the rules applied, which then
would be kind of weird as fullscreen == fullscreen, anythingelse !=
fullscreen).

Riddell said he'd SRU the rule away, didn't do it yet though. Also I
am not sure how to treat this in jaunty, AFAIK the window rules were
set because of the text-next-to-icon setting and the resulting issue
that not all toolbars fitted the window size anymore. Now I heared
that text-next-to-icon is default for 4.2 and we can drop the window
rules completely. If someone got enlightenment on this...
