Default list-harddrives-stub now lists CD-ROM drives.

Attaching some example output:

New Output:

# rpm -q anaconda

*** anaconda-16.25-1.fc16.i686

# /usr/share/anaconda/list-harddrives-stub

*** md126 109.625********************

*** md127 953263.0

*** sda 476940.023438

*** sdb 476940.023438

*** sr0 605.0******************************* # (CD/DVD)

Old output (RHEL 5.7 I believe):

# rpm -q anaconda

*** anaconda-11.1.2.242-1

# PYTHONPATH=/usr/lib/booty /usr/lib/anaconda/list-harddrives-stub

*** sda 476940.023438

I have noticed that in the newer versions of list-harddrives-stub (anaconda version 13.21.149-1.el6 and as recent as at least 16.25.fc16) it is listing CD/DVD ROM drives if there are disks in them, and md devices.* This is different than
in the past(anaconda version 11.1.2.242-1).* I have done some googling to see if this was an intended change, but did not find anything. *I saw where there were updates to remove partitions from the output and this appears to be caused by the same changes
that added the partition output. (I think around this time frame

Default list-harddrives-stub now lists CD-ROM drives.

Does anybody have an opinion on
this?* Is it working as designed, or should I just open a bugzilla report?

Thanks in advance.

Default list-harddrives-stub now lists CD-ROM drives.

list-hard-drives just lists what comes back from parted.getAllDevices().
For some reason, sr0 is ending up in the list we get from libparted. It's
probably a bug, but not in list-hard-drives. Either parted or the kernel.
And if it's in the kernel, it's entirely possible that it's as-designed.
