app-emulation/dosemu ?

I don't think it will work (unless you are flashing the emulated BIOS?)

it is not considered safe. Get an usb stick with freedos or systemrescue cd or
use the builtin flashtool of you mobos bios. dosemu is not a good idea. Even if
it may work - are you really willing to brick your board?
