Default Emerge timeout
Is it possible to increase the timeout on the downloads?

My proxy server at work scans all incoming files but only does so once emerge things the file is 99% complete it then timesouts after a bit as the scan has (presumably) not finished? If it could only hang on in there for a while longer.....
