Default dvb-t & kernel issue

Hello,

Currently I'm using kenel 2.6.32-tuxonice-r18 with dvb-t this works fine, but
there are some issues I want to fix (mainly USB stop working after about 7
unpluges).

I've try kernels 2.6.35-tuxonice-r?, 2.6.36-tuxonice and I think also
2.6.34-tuxonice-r?, but dvb-t doesn't work. The device is correctly loaded,
but when trying to play using mplayer it hangs and dmesg gives this:
BUG: unable to handle kernel NULL pointer dereference at 0000000000000012
