Yes and there's different ways to go about it:
If you chose back then to have your kmail storing messages in maildir
format you can:
Right click and SaveAs each folder as mbox. Then import that in Opera
(Import/Import Mail/Import generic mbox file)
Or, google for maildir2mbox converters and scripts.
Others may suggest ways of achieving the second method in different
ways, since not all scripts would have the same functionality.
