Default Remove the nousbstorage command line option (#624556).

The filtering UI can be used to achieve the same result, by having the user
select all except for USB devices.

Looks good, but I suggest a documentation update too somewhere (in
anaconda, as people will look for it, or perhaps on the wiki).
