Thanks, I had hoped that, but where is the set '@kde'

I have portage-2.2_63 but
emerge --list-sets
only reports

downgrade
installed
live-rebuild
module-rebuild
preserved-rebuild
rebuilt-binaries
security
selected
system
unavailable
world
