Default sandbox and $HOME

Hi,

I am trying to write an ebuild for media-libs/babl-9999
Unfortunately, probably when making docs, it invokes
inkscape which wants to access and write to
/root/.config/Inkscape

which probably comes from
$(HOME)/.config/Inkscape

This violates the sandbox - see below -

What can I do about it?

Many thanks for a hint,
Helmut.
