Default kqemu: textrel during build

Looks like a little program (common/genoffsets.c) used only during the
build process has a textrel in it, blowing portage out of the water at
compile time. It's an easy enough manual fix, but I'm not deep enough
a C programmer to understand precisely why this particular bit of
cuteness is necessary or a practical way to fix it. Any
suggestions/lessons/pointers on this before I go start running my
mouth off with the qemu-devel list? Thanks for any brain cycles
anyone spends on this!
