Hello,

Since the french translation team is away, some french-speaking Gentoo
users began to update the french translation of the handbook.


A first tangible result is that bug:

My french, although officially my second language, is terrible so don't
expect me to review it content-wise. But I'll take care of the translation
commits.

docs-team@gentoo.org for french translations, like

All the upcoming bug reports are checked by a team of 5-10 users, and
some or them are wannabe-devs (or waiting to be accepted). And we have a
translator student in the team.


So the patches would be perfect qua language, and in good technical state.

We concentrate first on the handbook, then we will take a look on other
documents.
