People using nvidia-drivers can upgrade and safely ignore those warnings:

And in case you're on a laptop you might experience another
Suspend2RAM-is-working/-is-broken switch (at least on my machine it's
broken again).
For the VirtualBox modules you find a link to updated drivers in bugzilla.
