Since emboss.eclass is not used by anything in the tree (possibly for
some time) , is outdated (seems EAPI=1'ish) and generally just cruft,
It would be good to clean it. Removal in 30 days unless anybody objects.

Rescinded; i confused emboss.eclass with embassy.eclass , which
apparently is still used. Sorry for the spam.
