Default RFC: intel-sdp.eclass (new eclass to handle intels compiler suites and libraries)

Hi all,

please give comments on the attached eclass.

The purpose of the eclass is

* handle the suite bundle and its single rpms
* simplify ebuilds
* a clean and easy way to unpack what is needs to be install

Thanks,

justin
