Bugzilla: Do not allow users to CC arches
 

Hi

This is getting worse and worse lately. Users tend to CC arches on
various bugs based on their architecture. Is it possible to restrict this
kind of option to normal users? Either hide the entire box or disable
the CC button I don't know. It is just get really annoying to see so
many irrelevant bugs in our inboxes

Maybe educate users? Here is some sample text, not too hard :)

"Hi, removing amd64@g.o from CC. Please do not add arches to CC
yourself. Thanks for your assitance and using Gentoo Linux."

Thats what we do so far but it doesn't seem to work. Pointing them to
bugzilla docs is not an option since nobody reads them as everybody
knows, so thats why I am asking for a hardcore solution to that o:)
