1) OK, we have someone anonymously using bugs.gentoo.org in an official
capacity? I don't think this is a good idea.
2) This bug was RESOLVED/FIXED 4 years ago. There is absolutely no
reason to reassign it now.
However did this, consider signing in with a personal address and stop
making those changes to closed bugs.

For the record it was me. I admit it (mass reassignment) was stupid
thing to do. Once again I am terribly sorry for that spam/load I
introduced.
Won't happen again.
