Default Please help us decide naming scheme for cmake use calls

just pick one. I'm sure Mike would be happy if you followed the
'standard' but I doubt he would be heartbroken if you went the other
way. I don't really see the point of voting on which color we should
paint the bikeshed[1].

(for those who live under a rock and have never built a bikeshed)

Apparently I don't even have a dev forum account set up (and I don't
care), but count my vote as "who cares" if there's such an option.
