Git.overlays.gentoo.org currently unavailable

I did a stupid typo in gitosis, which kinda broke it, and I can't
commit the fix. Infra guys are away at the moment. I guess it will be
fixed as soon as someone of them gets back online. I'm terribly sorry
for the noise
