VCS tools in need for a maintainer
 

Hello!


All of these tools had maintainer-needed in metadata.xml when I checked
yesterday:

dev-util/aegis
dev-util/archway
dev-util/cvsspam
dev-util/guilt
dev-util/stgit
dev-util/svk
dev-util/svnmailer

If anyone feels like adopting one or two of these: properly moving them
over to the dev-vcs category would be good thing to do first.
Please let us know if you do.
