Default etc-update

Hi all,

One thing I've noticed, compared to x86 gentoo, is that etc-update is
never prompted to be executed on my setup.

Maybe this has something to do with EPREFIX == "".

Do others see that etc-update should be executed sometimes ?

Thanks,

Alan.
