SVN sucks for removing the file while I had "svn mv"'ed the file.
Thanks for noticing, I did the almost impossible thing with SVN: I
brought back the file from the death.

Thank you for binutils-config fix.
The next attempt to emerge -uD world stops just after
binutils-config's success :-(
It is gcc-config-1.4.0-r04.1:
