Default ipw2200 Failed to send SYSTEM_CONFIG

Dear Ladies & Gentlemen,
My laptop's wireless' been working fine since FC1, though the first two or three releases I had to add the firmware, problem fixed long ago. I installed FC9 a couple of days ago but my Intel PRO/wireless 2200BG Network connection doesn't connect automativally as it used to do on previous releases. I gets detected but on tail -f /var/log/messages I continually get this message:

ipw2200 Failed to send SYSTEM_CONFIG
Any ideas please? Thanks
