Canon camera/shotwell
 

Hello,

I have a Canon camera:
Bus 006 Device 004: ID 04a9:3055 Canon, Inc. PowerShot G2

When I try to import the picture by using shotwell I get an error
message:


Unable to fetch previews from the camera:
I/O problem (-7)


But When I do the same from root, this glitch disappears.

How can I fix it?
