Default Where does Wireshark store its data ?

Hi,

I am wondering where wireshark stores its data before it is saved as a file ?

I have a full disk !

It's stored in /tmp

/tmp/wireshark_interfacename_yyyymmddhhmmss_somestuff

/var/tmp or /tmp or $TMPDIR, see man wireshark for additional
locations (specifically Capture:Options bit).
