Issues with ibus in fedora 17

It seems that L and R designations for Alt, Shift, and Control are not supported.
This was mentioned in several bugzillas.

FWIW, "Apply" is sufficient to make the changes. Need to restart.

That is another change that was made in the latest ibus. I don't think there is a
way to change that behavior. FWIW, I prefer this new behavior. :-)
