Default updates-testing.repo security updates-only?

As it's a general question asking here.

Will
security=1 within the repo file,
allow me to update testing with security fixes _only_

There is a plugin:

yum-plugin-security

Yes, but it seems to be on the command line only.
So far, haven't managed to make any difference as a config option.
