Default Prolink drivers? ATI Radeon?

hi,
Just wondering, how come drivers for some usb
adapters for Wireless-G
does not come in RPM. And the Fedora 8 does not
have the general usb
wifi adapter drivers
to work it out? Also, wondering how come fedora 8 does
not support widescreen lcd monitors when using ATI
Radeon X1650 graphics?*

Please help.
