A couple small improvements to lorax

From: "Brian C. Lane" <bcl@redhat.com>

It may be useful to specify the lorax.conf file's location. Added proxy support
so that url repo sources work *alot* faster. And added a test for the output
directory so that it quits quickly instead of blowing up after going through
most of the install.

Brian C. Lane (3):
lorax: add --config option
lorax: Add --proxy command
lorax: check for output directory early and quit
